The Death Penalty for Murderous ‘Corporate Persons’: Information Clearing House.
If corporations are ‘people’, as SCOTUS has said they are, then, by law, a corporation committing murder should be executed! A corporation like Dow or Union Carbide perpetrating mass murder should be tried and when found guilty put to death! Because corporations are now ‘people’, the same criminal penalties must apply to them as well as to the rest of us. To do otherwise violates the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, specifically, the ‘equal protection’ clause.

If you’ve ever seen any of his live performances on dvd or youtube and wondered like me, “Is dude that on point all the time?” Can I get a hell yes! “Ain’t taking a day off, never had an off night / Never been laid off, I live on the job site.” And damn it shows.
Last week I had the opportunity to see the man at Toad’s Place in New Haven CT in front of a crowd of no more than a hundred people who were all there to have a great time which made the show that much better and damn if it didn’t feel like 89′ again if for only a few hours and as Ali put it, “This aint a show its a party.” Quick break down: BK One RAN SHIT! Fashawn opened and didn’t dissappoint while Ali in his most humble way left my ears tipsy and all new comers wanting more!
p.s. next time little man above is going to the show, hopefully SoundSet next month…

The US military has confirmed the authenticity of newly released video showing US forces indiscriminately firing on Iraqi civilians. On Monday, the website WikiLeaks.org posted footage taken from a US military helicopter in July 2007 as it killed twelve people and wounded two children. The dead included two employees of the Reuters news agency, photographer Namir Noor-Eldeen and driver Saeed Chmagh.
